Central Service (After Sales Services)

Universal Handlers Central Service is offering service on an area of 2000 m2 in Pendik, Istanbul.

In the Central Service Area where the repair and maintenance works of the equipments are performed, there are Administrative Management Building and Technical Personnel Offices.

The following departments are located within the Central Service Building:

- Engine Department
- Welding - Frame Department
- Paint Department
- Battery Charging Department
- Attachment Department
- Tire Department
- Spare Part Department

7 days 24 hours service is offered with 93 technical personnel, 40 commercial and passenger vehicles.

We provide repair and maintenance service also in Izmir and Bursa.

Engine Department

The engine revision of the company forklifts is performed by expert technicians and the engines are tested as required.The engines, which pass the tests, are delivered to the customer after the required maintenance works are performed.

Service continuity is ensured by offering onsite maintenance and repair of the malfunctioned machines with the harmonious and practical operations of the department.

Paint Department

In the paint department, the machines that came to the service area by completing their operational hours are painted and prepared for use by trained painting experts.

For the purpose of preventing negative environmental impacts, there are Paint Absorbing Ventilation Units in this department. Air operated Sanding machine and Paint Gun are used for faster operation.

Battery Charging Department

In the Battery Charging Department; there is

- Maintenance Rectifier,

- Charging Rectifier

- Ventilation System that removes explosive gases,

- Overhead Crane.

Spare and defective batteries are stored in this department in a way that they won't be affected from environmental conditions after performing maintenance and repair tasks. With Overhead Crane that has high load lifting capacity; the locations of the batteries can be easily changed and connected to the machines.

Welding - Frame Department

All the welding works of the machines are performed by experience technicians using advanced technological tools.

All welding tasks such as frame welding are performed fully with Inert Gas and Electric Arc machines.

The machines are repaired onsite with portable welding machine. With Plasma cutting machine, Drill and Hydraulic Press machines; frame alignment, straightening, door, guard construction and assembly jobs, cabin plating and downsizing tasks are performed within the shortest amount of time.

Tire Department

All kinds of pneumatic and solid tires are stored by taking all the protection precautions.

They are easily registered thanks to the computerized stock system as well as the most appropriate stacking techniques.

 

Attachment Department

There are forks and attachments at all kinds of sizes for different working conditions.

This department is at an indoor space for the parts to be not affected from the negative environmental conditions.

The department provides convenience in respect of accessibility and placement with its solid and organized shelf system.

The resistance and appropriateness of attachments and forks to working conditions are checked with the tests conducted by authorized personnel before and after they are connected to the machines.

Spare Part Department

In order to minimize the time and work loss of customers, the required spare parts and consumables are supplied as soon as possible with experienced spare part team.

With 10,000 units of spare part variety in line with the needs of our current equipment pool, we have a wide and rich spare part stock capacity.
