How Do We Work


Action Plan

Before Operation

- Feasibility report,

- Determination of problems such as educational deficiencies,

- Risk analysis,

- Infrastructure of the current facility,

- Operating hours,

- Used fuel,

- Analysis of occupational health and safety conditions,

- Determination of the required materials,

- Work systematic and shifts of the operators,

- Determination of machines and equipments in line with the bearing capacity,

- Current storage system (shelf intervals, maximum heights),

- Checklist (analyzing current operator systems and forklifts).

Operation

- Checking and signing of the contract by the parties,

- Completing the required documents if there is a leasing contract,

- Supplying operator and initial trainings of the operators,

- Fulfilling all the contract terms and conditions,

- Offering spare machine and technician in projects where number of forklifts is above 15,

- Operator to start working,

- Supplying and replacing forklifts,

- Operation responsibility to be initiated with handover papers.

After Operation

- Orientation study with Master person in the project and project information transfer,

- Submitting Universal Handlers documentations to the project (Instructions – procedures – general documents),

- Preparations about reporting,

- Training service, organizing the work system of the operators, time table,

- Forming a service zone in an appropriate place as the number of machines increase,

- Filing, auditing, standardization

- Continuous technician and chief support, constant training,

- Invoicing.
